Our minimum order amount is $500.00 for material that you pre-order through your sales representative or through our sales office and PICK-UP at our nursery.
MINIMUM FOR DELIVERY

To serve you most effectively, we have defined the following guidelines according to product type:

  • B&B.......................................................................................................$3,500.00
  • CONTAINERS.....................................................................................$2,500.00
  • COMBINATION B&B AND CONTAINERS.................................$4,000.00

Change or cancellation requests must be made in writing and must be received by us in a reasonable amount of time before the requested ship date.

Notice of cancellations of orders requested for March and April, 2003 shipments must be received by January 1, 2003.

Cancellation requests received within 30 days of the requested ship date generally cannot be accepted.  If material has been dug, we will invoice it and expect payment.  It the material has been graded and tagged but not dug, it is subject to a 10% cancellation charge.
VOLUME DISCOUNT PROGRAM
  All volume discounts will be based on the preceding year's dollar volume.  The chart identifies the minimum annual sales required to maintain the appropriate discounts.  Discounts will apply to Princeton Nurseries grown stock only, but do not apply to Princeton grown perennials or material from our Wholesale Yard.  Please call your Sales Representative or our in house sales staff with any further questions pertaining to our discount program.

Special Note:  Customer shall waive the right to any pre-approved discount if payment is not made within terms.  All prices will revert to the appropriate catalog price even if invoice reflects a lower discount.  Discounts will only be honored if paid within terms.
