bulletWhy do I see a gray rectangle where there should be buttons?

When you scroll over the gray button, you receive an error saying: 

"Java.Lang.ArraystoreException".  You need to update Microsoft Virtual Machine.

Solution:

1.  Go to http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com and choose product updates.

2.  After it finishes searching, choose download all and then download now.

3.  Reboot your computer and on restart it will update VM.    

bulletWhy are the product listings all expanded?

Expand and Collapse do not work with Netscape.  This site is best viewed using Internet Explorer 6.0.  You can find the download for this program on http://www.microsoft.com.

You need to have at least Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 installed on your system to view and print our availabilities.  Click on the link above and follow the instructions on downloading and installing the free program on your computer.  In addition, you will need a password to access the file.  If you did not receive a letter with this information, please call

Double click on the executable file from the location you chose during the download.  It will begin the installation process.  Your computer will need to be rebooted.  Once this is done, Adobe Acrobat Reader will automatically open when you click on any document on our website with a .pdf extension.  It will open up within your browser window.

When you go to FILE and PRINT, make sure that the box in front of "print as image" is checked.
